The Founder
A teacher first, and always.
Shiloh Group of Schools began in 2008 with a conviction formed in a classroom: that education is not preparation for life but life itself — and that it should reach every learner, in every language, wherever they are.
“Teach a person well and you change a household. Teach a household well and you change a generation.”

Biography
The founder's teaching journey began with individual tutoring and small classes, where the effect of close attention on a learner's confidence became impossible to ignore. That observation became a method, and the method became institutions.
Over two decades the work expanded from tutoring into schooling, teacher formation, language education, research, leadership development and career pathways — always keeping the classroom as the reference point for every decision.
Today the founder leads Shiloh's research agenda, mentors school leaders across six regions, and writes and speaks on educational philosophy, multilingual learning, teacher development and the responsible use of technology in education.
